SKINIQUE currently ships products across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All orders are processed within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation, excluding Sundays, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

A standard shipping charge of ₹299 will be applied to all orders unless otherwise specified during promotional campaigns or special offers.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please refuse delivery and immediately contact our customer support team with photographs of the package.
