  • Provide a replacement product, or

  • Offer another suitable resolution where applicable

The decision of SKINIQUE regarding the resolution of such claims shall be final.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order.

6. Failed Deliveries

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Incomplete address information

  • Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept the shipment

SKINIQUE reserves the right to cancel the order and may deduct applicable shipping, handling, and courier charges.
